Register to Participate
Online Registration is Open for the 2013 Race! Living well with Parkinson's starts with you! To participate as an individual or join a team, simply click on the appropriate link above and fill out the form and payment information. After you register, you will be able to log-in to your personal page with a password of your choosing and keep track of your progress, invite your friends and family to donate and receive regular updates and information about the event. (*Please note: each registration requires a unique email address. If you have questions, please call us at (513) 558-0113.)
The entry fee for runners and walkers is $25. Race shirt included if registered by midnight of May 24, 2013. Online registration closes Tuesday, May 28 at 11:59pm. Click here to download and print a registration form.
Start or Join a Team If you are interested in starting a team to raise funds for PD Wellness, you need only a team name and a designated team captain. To learn more about becoming a team captain, download the team captain informational packet. You can join a team as a runner or walker. When prompted search for your team name or captain's name and select the team you will join. If you'd simply like to donate to a team but do not wish to walk or run, click "Donate" above and search for a participant or team to support. Participate as an Individual Individuals are welcome to run, walk and fundraise without joining a larger team. Simply click "Individual Participation" above and complete the registration. You will have your own personal page where donations can be collected if desired.
Team Awards
 The Ingrid Fabian Memorial Trophy The Ingrid Fabian Memorial Trophy is given on race day to the team with the highest fundraising total. Ingrid Fabian was a dedicated and beloved volunteer of the Parkinson's Wellness Chapter. She was committed to the success of the Chapter and it's mission to help those with Parkinson's not only cope with the disease, but live well.
Steady Strides Spirit Award The Steady Strides Spirit Award will be given to the team with the most creative team t-shirt and race day spirit.
We have partnered with a local screen-printing business Got You In Stitches to help you create some of the best team spiritwear! 10% of sales will be donated to the Chapter.
